This is phosphorylated cellulose, which is designed for using in coating, adhesives, additives for paper, textiles, leather, and binders for nonwoven fabrics. It can disperse and dissolve in cold water easily as flame retardant.  It can be combined with waterborne resin to form a durable and flexible coating. The coating delivers good heat resistance and fire endurance.
